Does anyone have any smoked mullet dip or any other fish dip recipes they would like to share for the upcoming football season?

Smoke fish, let it cool, overnight is better, crumble it up, add onion, mayo, horseradish, sweet cubes, mustard, pepper, mix together, then add LIME juice, it just does something for the dip. I put on club crackers. enjoy
Large egg and mini max egg plus a Blackstone griddle

I smoke the fish (mullet) at 200 for 2 hours with two large pieces of hickory. Salt and pepper and worcestershire on top. After cooling crumble fish. Add whipped cream cheese, shallots, fine cut celery, mayo a little old bay to kick it up a bit. pile it on a ritz cracker and feast. I think I will try the lime. Thanks for posting.
