Bountiful baskets

Today I went and picked up my bountiful basket " non profit  Co op" order. They only come to greenville every other week. So I had to drive 15 miles away to pick up in another town. I got there standard basket for 15 buck and added some stuff to it. 18 bucks for a 12 pints of blue berries. And 10 bucks for a juicing assortment. Not a bad deal. It's a lot for the money. I see a blueberry cobbler /crumble in my eggs future.

That basket is loaded with some awesome stuff. Suddenly, I am thinking of making vegetable beef soup, using left over brisket. Initially might be expensive, but so worth the nutrition. Good move, brother, good move.
