    The Andy Griffith Show...nothing else even comes close. For something newer, The Big Bang Theory is consistently funny.

    The Wire is the best series ever made, although The Sopranos could have beaten it, but HBO had Chase make too many episodes.  But nobody on TV was as good as Gandolfini and Falco.  Currently the best on TV is The Americans.

    Game of Thrones is a very fun watch, as is You're the Worst.
