My first reverse sear using the IGrill2
I tried out my IGrill2 tonight doing a reverse sear on a 1.5 lb porterhouse. The end results are amazing and I am one happy egg owner.
I started with indirect at 250ish until a internal temp of 120 deg F. Than direct at 625 deg F for one minute each side.

Looks very tasty! Reverse sear is definitely the way to go with steak or pork chops
