I'm so lazy that...

... I made a small stand so that I can cook on the MM while sitting in the rocking chair.   The grate is at knee height.  Made it out of leftover pine and piece of granite I found at my mom's house.  Might eventually  put casters on so I can roll it around to where ever I'm sitting...

After making the the stand this morning decided to make a burger, some wings and salmon for lunch/dinner.

Burger was just 80/20 ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.

wings were sprinkled with malt vinegar salt and pepper.

salmon was sprinkled with salt, pepper and chimichurri rub.

Ate the burger old skool, just toasted wonder bread an patty.

Wings are next to pull off...

Wings were cooked good but didn't have the malt vinegar kick that I was expecting...

Happy thursday y'all!

Not lazy, just 'Merican.  I love it.

Don't tell your problems to people.  80% of people don't care and 20% are glad you have them.

Great example of what has made America the greatest country on earth.
Grilling on the BGE, specifically the MM.
you have hero status. I just bought a small table and a piece of tile that fits the top of the table. Set my MM on it, handle lifted at it's highest point is within the reach of my outdoor recliner, fully deployed, with cup holders filled.
Kudos to you sir. You get it. Do not get casters for rolling. Just tell the wife to move it after she brings you a cold adult beverage.

You lost your "lazy" status with the 45-degree miters, but score Perfect on efficiency; Bravo!
