BGE Best Coast Grilled Shrimp Tacos

I have never had better seafood tacos than these anywhere on the west coast.  Jumbo shrimp (Costco), canola oil, garlic salt and cracked pepper.  Slaw, shredded cabbage, diced red onion, 2-3 squeezed limes, cojita cheese cilantro dressing.  BGE @ 400 direct not raised, 1 apple chunk w 1 Cherry chunk, lazari hardwood charcoal.  Dressing, sour cream, half lime, hot sauce mixed with 2 TBSP salsa.  Grill and cover the tortilla, corn or flour.  Really, really, really, really, really, good! =)
