Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf
Options
Been wanting to do bacon wrapped meatloaf for awhile. Smoked with cherry wood and glazed with my moms "meatloaf/meatball" sauce. Turned out awesome, stuffed with mushrooms, cheese, red pepper and red onion. Could of used more cheese and bacon could have been crispier. Definitely redeemed myself from last night. Made cow lick chilli but went and had some beers while it was cooking and got a little past done. Also made jalapeño cheddar corn bread to go with chilli. Not bad for first attempt. Pics are included.
