First things first.

Freezer diving for some dinner tonight, I found two links of boudin and some "Italian style" turkey meatballs. I've had these before, they are the food equivalent of duraflame logs, or pressboard, soooo...bacon!
I covered the bacon wrapped meatballs with a heavy coating of Daddy's BBQ Sweet Love rub and sprinkled some Simply Marvelous Peppered Cow rub on the boudin, both from @Thatgrimguy. Running them at 350 with a chunk of cherry.

By the way, how do I clean my grill?

At least you can pull the bacon off and enjoy good beer
your grate cleaner can have the rest.Jacksonville FL -
Same way I clean mine. Platesetter and drip pans too.
Enjoy the bacon and boudin. -
Damn, they didn't get better. Boudin was good, meatballs dry and bacon overcooked. Generous with the sauce, sriracha and mayo to lube up the sliders. More beer and some out of order pics. My wife won by making a boudin slider with the homemade pickles and onions.

It looks good from here. I think I have tried those same turkey meatballs, or perhaps all turkey meatballs taste like particle board.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
