I had chicken breast I've had marinating since Sunday. Bought my egg last night so I figured why not. 350-375 with a small hickory chunk and some whirly bird for about 30 minutes give or take until the thermopop read 155. Pulled them and devoured them. If this wasn't the juiciest chicken I've ever had it was right there with it. And it was so easy after reading cooking tips and tips on controlling the temperature from this site.

That's a solid start out of the gate! Welcome.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
