Dylan was my father's favorite. I still can't listen. Guess that'll go away after a while. And Maggie's Farm, to answer the question.

Remember the skit on snl where the party is over and Belushi is the last to leave, won't take a hint, checks the tv guide to see what the "late movie" will be, orders a pizza, etc. Are you that guy? Too funny. Thanks for helping me remember that skit.BuckeyeFork said:Don't encourage me @SoCalTim, I'm that last party guest that you just met tonight and won't leave your house. -
Some of the Traveling Wilburys stuff is pretty amazing too.

I would say the song is my favorite. It used to be It's Alright, Ma. I just heard the Johnny Cash version for the first time on my local radio station a few weeks ago. The first version of the song that I ever heard was done by Pete Townshend. Bob's original version is still my favorite.northGAcock said:

Gotta go with Tangled Up In Blue. Here's a cool version by Jerry Garcia.

His and the Dead's interpretations of Bob's music are some of my favorites. Then again, I hold them in the same esteem as Bob himself. Thanks for sharing....enjoyed cranking the desktop speakers this morning for some high quality jam. I might add.....I love the his background singers who bring it on this one.frognot said:Gotta go with Tangled Up In Blue. Here's a cool version by Jerry Garcia.

stoned, Watchtower, a B Side cover of Cortez the Killer, and any recorded or live version duet with Neil Young! I was not old enough to enjoy Dylan and Young in there absolute prime, but got into that entire era of music in the 80's, and have gotten to enjoy a lot of their magic still over the years. I'm 45 and wish I was around the scene more in the 70's as I just don't feel like music is anywhere close to as powerful and influential as it was in the 70's.Just bought an Egg? Here is what you get to look forward to now:

Next desires-Joetisceriie, Adjustable Rig, Grillmates, table and more eggs
