I finally got my egg today after dreaming about it for a month or two. Cooks start tomorrow.... But might be basic... We will see.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Welcome to the forum, and Yukon is right. I thought I spent money when I bought the egg. All the ideas for tools and accessories from this board and my increased grocery bill are where it gets you.
