Well I tried something new tonight on the XL tonight, chicken pot pie. It turned out very well, but it can be improved on. One photo is from Friday's chicken cook for some friends. Good food that night. Did a lemon garlic chicken with John Henry's Mojave
Garlic Pepper. Great on anything.
We used frozen veggies, frozen potatoes, chicken and cream of mushroom soup. Next time I need to mix it up together so cooks a little more even. I think the soup on top made it so the center not get as hot as the rest. I also let the egg get to 400 and brought it done to 300 and put it on and it was 400 when I took it off it took it about an hour to cook. Next time I will get to 350 to 375 before putting it on.

I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
