Options
stuffed it with spinach feta and roasted Pine nuts. 400 for 45 minutes raised indirect. Still need some practise with this.

    Thanks for the encouragement, the YouTube video makes it look so quick & easy this attempt felt like an absolute mess. It's what you don't see cause it looks alright when your done but I really need to do this a lot more to comfortable doing it.
    @SGH - the Pine Nuts were roasted 1st, they were ok & I had them on hand. I don't think I'd go out of my way to ensure they were included but if I have them in stock I'd put them in again. Crumbled bacon would have been a good addition.
