Hack like me

When I see the great looking dishes somma you put out,
I can only shake my head admiringly and think . . .



I don't have a Magic Plate like Mattman, I'll never fold a brisket like Cazzy, and many of the rest of you are out of my reach, too.

However,
I can do a passable job with plain ol' Comfort Food.


These wings are just slightly moistened with Trump Sauce
and then seasoned.  Refrigerated for an hour or two.


Bell Peppers from our [container] garden and sliced white onion -
(gran garlic, black pepper, cumin, celery salt)


Sliced Potato
(Gran garlic, dregs of commercial BBQ rub, onion salt)


Smoked sausage stuffed with Manzano pepper, mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Yeah.  Bacon-wrapped.  (It's a sickness.)


Never rush the grilling, I always say.
(300° indirect until the 'taters had cooked for a while . . . then bumped to 375° or so)



Enough with the grilling,
time for the eating!





I asked them if they liked Wednesday's dinner . . .
