You guessed it, the mini!!! Lol
I wanted to play with some CI
so I decide on sweet bourbon glazed Salmon. 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 3tbls of butter and 1/2cup of bourbon.
Cooked in the butter and brown sugar for about 6 mins. Then added the bourbon and constantly was spooning the mixture on top till done.
Thanks for looking.

Looks good that's for sure! Did you use good bourbon or sour mash whiskey? Actually I prefer cooking with JD as I think it gives more twang to the finished product.

I spooned about 2 spoonfuls over it once it was on the plate. Prolly didn't need to but it made it look better anyway.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.
