First lamb ever

This turned out way better than I had hoped. Never cooked lamb of any type but the BGE didn't disappoint. Rubbed it (boneless leg) with olive oil and lots of crushed garlic and then salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Cooked indirect at 350 until about 130. Potatoes from my garden underneath!

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
Status- Standing by.

That lamb looks delicious. Great job!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada -
