Yeah those dogs look great! I've got to try this at some point. Nicely done.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Noice! I can't help but notice you used Cheeze-its for croutons. That earns you extra credit!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

No lie, when I read the title and saw the plated pic I said to myself, "Oh hell yeah!". I could crush that plate. Nicely done.

mmmmmm... looks good. I think I need to fire up the XL for a couple of BWDs. For those, I am not sure condiments would enhance those flavors.
My go-to dog as mustard, onions, chili, creamy southern style coleslaw (think chick-fil-a or KFC style coleslaw minus the carrots).
Another favorite just has mustard and chopped tomatoes. -
Only BWD condiment was spicy mustard. I would have wrapped onion slivers under the bacon, if I'd had one.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
