Anyone going to Niagara Eggfest next Sunday? I know @Canugghead will be there. Mrs. TOTN and I are going down as eaters.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Looking forward to meeting @chuckytheegghead and @Bustersdad too. Here's an old pic from 2010 Pittsburgh fest after party at a hotel parking lot, I'm standing at the back between the two fellas in black. Not cooking tomorrow but I'll be helping the diehard egghead lady (in black), she's from the Pittsburgh area and cooks at Niagara almost every year!
