Always impressive. The capture of the flames is phenomenal. Did you spend most of the day relaxing on the deck? I only ask because the yeti shot has bright blue sky and the flaming pic seems like it'd have to be semi dark to get that shot.

And here's the rest of the story... The steak was outstanding. Nice and juicy with just a touch of smokiness from the cedar. Only ate half of it for dinner.

@pgprescott seared the steak first, then put the regular grate in and cooked the plank for a few min and then flip the cooked side up and put the steak on and let it go till the temp you want
