Wow. I refresh my spices annually, and my meager collection is expensive enough; you probably drop a house payment every 3 months!

@cazzy, I neglected to show one of the drawer hacks. I bake almost every day and like POS (point of use storage). The sections hold #5 dry - sugar, ap & bread flour. I purchase #25 bags and store the overflow in Cambro.

That is way cool @cazzy
my method is a large Rubbermaid tote with about 2 dozen bottles in it...the whole kitchen smells great when it comes out and gets opened!Making the neighbors jealous in Pleasant Hill, Ia one cook at a time... -
That's pretty cool. I don't think I would have thought about that. I guess with you baking so much you don't have to worry about it going bad before you use it since it isn't in an air tight container. I just don't bake enough to warrant that.LetsEat said:@cazzy, I neglected to show one of the drawer hacks. I bake almost every day and like POS (point of use storage). Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ.... -
Ok @LetsEat makes me look like a spice/rub newby!
alphabetized would be a must.
I feel inferior. -
Thanks @Cazzy. The layout is truly efficient for quick baking. No weevils, ants or bugs in 25 years! I average #25 flour a week - bread, buns, cookies, cake, pie, pasta and of course pizza. That being said I utilize Cambro containers in repackaging. I have always kept wholewheat, rye and speciality flour in the freezer. I guess it's about time I start posting pictures

I was going to say earlier "Weevils wobble, but they don't fall down!" Except I hadn't had enough to drink yet. Problem solved.Flint, Michigan

I bought myself some of the Vertical Spice organizers when we moved into the new house - not cheap by any means, but super well built and forces even the wife to keep things organized.
Here's a YouTube demo of them:

@DoubleEgger The brick and mortar stores are really cool to visit. You purchase in quantities that meet your needs. Many blends also for sale....or mix your own. I am sure there are other spice stores that sell from bulk as well.http://spiceandtea.com/DoubleEgger said:

This set-up of two side by side will hold 36 bottles of spice and the rest that aren't used as much are in the pantry on a spice turntable. The trays pull out and tilt down for easy access. They make different sizes to fit most cabinets.
