Anyone going to the brisket camp at Texas A&M this fall or have been before

I am thinking about going to TAM's brisket camp this fall. I have heard it is great but would like to know if anyone has been or plans to go this year.

    I haven't been but I have seen some of the video that was shot there. It's a very sound seminar. If it was close by I would attend myself. You are never to old to learn my friend.

    I'm no where near but any program that has Franklin demonstrating how to trim and carve a brisket is alright by me. Not sure if he's scheduled to do it this year but I know he has in the past.
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    It actually is every January.  I've tried to get a ticket the past two years but they're always sold out.  It is almost impossible to get tickets unless you're a Foodways member.  I didn't sign up for membership by 7/31, so I'm not going to hold my breath that I'll score a ticket.  Good luck to you!
