Another delicious beer can chicken on the MM, it took about 45min. Straight on the PS with leggs up for maximum space.

Yes on MM fire ring taken out plate setter in the fire box (I'm pretty sure). The turkey was beer can style upwards like the chicken you did.Seattle, WA
