Sunday Shoulder

I am finally getting the opportunity to share a little egg treat for someone else.   Good friends were in a serious car accident a couple weeks ago and wife and I are going to take over a couple dinners for them.  She is going to make a casserole and I am doing a pork shoulder today so they will have some good sandwiches.   Just hoping the egging doesn't get interrupted by storms.

Sorry to hear about your friends being in a accident. Hope that they are alright. Good luck with the butt. Hope you knock it out of the park. Standing by for the finale.

    Status- Standing by.

Only thing I will say about accident is thank god for good car seats.  And the fact they were used !
