@theyolksonyou ... 100% ... 100% certain that the Yeti will keep my beer cold and my coffee hot.  100% certain that it's worth the expense ... even if it wasn't a present.

Just remember, I'm a shade tree engineer now.  Don't have to live through Juran training, ISO9000 certification, six sigma certification, Pacific Institute training, etc.  I'm now governed by TLAR!  So have all the fun you want ... come Monday, you guys have to go off to work ... and I ... well ... I don't have to.  Sweet!

Don't sweat it.  I have lots of troll/spam flags from a member who flagged random posts of mine.  He has since been banned, but flags stay.

Long way of saying, we know who is good and who is not by our interactions.  Rarely look at your flags.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Thanks Ozzie. I did not mean to piss any one off, I am just a simple man and do not care about high tech charts. I am going to burn some lump now.

@Sweet100s ... the recipe is really quite simple - but you already know that.

Find something you really like to do, spend a lifetime training to do it well, join a company you like that employees folks with your skill set, form a network of like minded individuals in that company, and then spend 30 plus years there.  Oh yes, then comes retirement, where every day is a vacation day.
