Chicken Wing Rub Taste Test - Partial Fail

In honor of National Chicken Wing Eve, yesterday I did a taste test of five different rubs for wings:

DP Dizzy Dust
Plowboys Fin & Feather
Plowboys Yardbird
Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon Pork & Chicken Rub
Oakridge BBQ Game Bird & Chicken Rub

I used the method suggested by @Jeepster47 to keep track of the rubs by clipping the wing tips at different lengths.

Put them on my large on the top rack of an AR with a 16" stone on the bottom level.

Cooked at 400-425 and flipped once.

Cooked to internal temp of 200 (was trying for 185 but I overshot as I didn't expect them to be done that quickly).  Didn't matter as they turned out awesome.  Never had wings that tender and delicious before.

Unfortunately, five was too many rubs to keep track of as it was too hard to tell which was 1/4 cut vs. 1/2. Next time, will try with three (full, 1/2, none) and see what happens.
