Salt pepper and evoo on chopsraised direct 400
glazed with balsamic vinegar, honey, butter and rosemary
pulled at 140 IT
served with broccoli rabe, white beans and Tomatoes
easy weeknight cook

I used to just do the rabe and beans with garlic, and one day I added the tomatoes... Adds a nice sweetness to contrast the bitter rabe.byrne092 said:

^ I wish I could get Heady on the regular.. It's a treat for me, I get up to Stowe a few times a year, and luckily have friends that hook me up from time to time to hold me over.
