Smoked Adobo Marinated Brisket

This may be my favorite brisket recipe I've tried so far, the marinade is really thick and flavorful. I could not find Pasilla Chili powder, but my neighbor gave me some chili powder he gets from New Mexico and I used that. After I put the brisket on the egg I cooked the remaining marinade down into a nice thick sauce that I served on the side. The horseradish crema and caramelized onion relish made this so much better than a regular sandwich. Other than my difficulty getting the brisket to temp (actually cooking the brisket just always seems to be a crapshoot with me) this was an amazing meal.

Recipe from Bobby Flay:
I did not get any pictures of the assembled sandwiches, my friends were starving and they attacked. But everything was really great and it turned out pretty!

The brisket looks great and the sammich sounds amazing.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
