Tonights cook was Shrimp on the Barbie and Yaki Onigiri. 


For the Yaki Onigiri, did some hand formed shapes and did some using my wife's cooker cutters. Seasoned with different combinations of soy sauce, sesame seeds, Shichimi Togarashi and Sansyo. 



For the shrimp, followed a Raichland recipe

@The Cen-Tex Smoker it is one of my wife's favorites and there are tons of variations. I love The Japanese Grill and do a bunch of recipes from it. (There was also a good article on Onigiri in this months Saveur)

Look at you getting all fancy pants on us. Grub looks outstanding. Never thought about cooking rice "stuff" on the Egg. You do think outside of the box for sure.
