Playing around with Sourdough and Whole Wheat has been fun.  Learning tons.  Not BGE related, but here are a few pics . . I know this forum will look at anything tasty!

Why not BGE related?  Have you not tried a sourdough on the egg?  Looks fantastic man!

Looks awesome. I've been traveling too much to get a starter going and keep it alive. I had one a year ago or so, but couldn't keep it going with my travel schedule. So the most I've been able to do is straight, poolish and sponges.

Thanks.  @777Driver I ordered mine online from Ed Wood at www.sourdo.com.  I got mine for Pizza, so I got the Italian cultures called Ischia & Camaldoi. You can also order from Ed Wood through amazon here .  Lots of good forums to help guide, so let me know if you are interested in some more links.

Can you manage sourdough with the no knead method?

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Don't be afraid to knead!  just get in there and start working the dough!

Looks excellent. Great structure in your bread!!  What are you baking it off in?

Man that looks amazing.   This side shot of the pizza...wow!  That salad looks awesome as well.  Is that asparagus?

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thanks @Thatgrimguy . . the bread was in oven at 475, on preheated stone with large metal bowl covering first 20 mins.  The pizza was fired on my Blackstone Pizza Oven.

Thanks @SmokeyPitt  . . Yes steamed then chilled asparagus in the salad.

Pizza mix is about 80% white whole wheat and 20% caputo "00" pizza flour.  Leopard spots are MUCH better with 100%  caputo "00" flour, but adding whole wheat adds nutrients & allows us to eat more pizza!

What kind of oven do you have. My GE oven destroys my bread. I have never made a decent loaf in it.
