Thanks. I am hooked for sure - also love this recipe because it is such a quick cook - I think I was under 4 hours total - including prep.
The only other time I did beef ribs was short ribs in a D.O. braise (http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1136941/braised-short-ribs-in-a-red-wine-sauce#latest). The short ribs were delicous too, but much more work/time.Columbus, OH
