Our 4 year Anniversary just went by.  And she loves the cooking hobby I have gotten so passionate about over the last few years. So she hooked my Kitchen-Aid up with all kinds of awesome gadgets!!

This is my well loved mixer I got for Christmas.

And these are all the goodies I got now!!

I only asked for the meat grinder!!

But I got
- Grain Mill
- Meat Grinder
- Ice Cream Maker
- Pasta Roller
- Pasta Drying Rack
- Mixer with squeegee
- And some fresh grains

Your wife does love you!  She's definitely a keeper!  I have the model KA but I don't have all of your gadgets.  Great haul man.  I hope you bought her something great too.

@Thatgrimguy I'd say an RV should cover it!

@SGH Totally part of the mobile cooking rig. BUT, she was thrilled to take it as her own and is decorating and getting into it! Hope you want to get into some competiton BBQ next year with us. I plan to hit it hard after I get my Shirley. Going to finish up a few more UDS and get started ASAP.

The meat grinder, and pasta roller will be used pretty regularly.  I have already quit buying butter and Whip cream, guess I'll probably never buy ice cream again now either.  The only one I'm unsure of is the Grain mill. I bake a lot of bread, but I'm not sure I'm that artisan yet.

I had a hunch that this was the case. I do the same thing when I really want something. I buy it and tell my wife that I bought it for her. Works like a charm. Congratulations on the new RV. Hope you enjoy it my friend. Do you have it parked at your house? I may be passing by there by boat Friday evening. I will keep a eye out for it.

@SGH  She really did want it. She is impossible to buy presents for. She doesn't want ANYTHING.  Ever.  Doesn't really care about jewelry (already loaded her up anyhow,) doesn't care about clothes, or stuff. Her love language is quality time and an RV will give us tons of that.

Friday Evening we will be parked in NOLA at one of the campgrounds over there while my wife is in class at Tulane. (she goes every other weekend for her MBA and I'll just hang in the RV and take care of the baby)

Anyone in NOLA area want to come hang with me and cook in a campground?

I'll make a post in a bit about the RV. I need to find some travel companions! And I need to get my cooking situation on it figured out till I get my Shirley or for when I can't tow the Shirley.

Any chance that y'all will be over there Friday, July 31? I ask because I will be in NO that weekend. Will certainly swing by and hang out I'd y'all are over there.

Maybe, Andria has a Final on that Saturday, but it may be a take home that is just due. I'll shoot you a text when I know for sure.
