    Nothing like fresh fruit!  Reminds me of when I lived in Ghana, our front yard was full of banana trees and the back yard had a row of pineapple plants.

    Oh man, I LOVE those peri-peri peppers! I had a buddy growing up that had a plant in his back yard and every year his family would pickle a ton of those things. We ate them with EVERYTHING!!! Perfect little punch of flavor and heat (especially with a garlic heavy pickling solution.
