Reverse SEAR, finally

Tried reverse sear again. This time pulled at 110°, into hot CI with butter for 90sec/side. Sear was much better steaks were great. Made some pico de gallo. Served strip with grilled asparagus and bruschetta. Thanks @theyolksonyou and @jtcBoynton for the advice!

Looks great. If you want to pull closer to your target temp, let it rest longer before the sear. I have found that doing this really let's you have more control over the IT. I let mine rest between roast and sear at least 20 min if not 30 now. Looks good.
I also do low heat until the steaks are closer to target temp and do a 30 minute rest. I do tent mine and have great results. The rest before the sear allows you to serve the steak straight off the grill.
