had both Larges going tonight. Did Chinese spare ribs (courtesy of Meathead). Indirect on the Woo for 3 1/2 hours at 240°. Turned out pretty good. Would definitely try again. Did chicken drums and bone on breasts indirect on the AR at 400°. Took about an hour. Also added Amazin Ribs "Crack and Cheese". Was my first attempt at homemade M & C. It was really good!!
