Lucky on those meat prices. $7.5 /lb for choice brisket here... Jealous as I would love to grind up and do the same. Well done.

When I seen the thread @cazzy, I couldn't believe a Texan was going to make burnt ends, but didn't expect this.   Looks awesome and man now another reason to get the Blackstone Grill.  Ok, now I have to decide; HD theater projector or Blackstone Grill.   :s

Nah...just cause.  The Blackstone griddle has me loving burgers more than ever right now so I figured I'd stock up.
I bet those will be killer on that griddle. It actually had slipped my mind that you had one. I fully understand now buddy. Heck I might even grind a ribeye to put on that griddle.
    I already did that!

I think I stared at that for 15 minutes. Time warp. Burger Acid.

The DudeThis is a very complicated case, Maude. You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.

I just ground up a $2.96/# choice packer from Walmart this week. Vac sealed and froze it all, can't wait to try it.
Thinking of doing the same. Can't wait to hear how yours turned out.

Grill is infinitely cheaper than projector, screen, running electricity and HDMI to projector, light treatment, etc.

My Dumb Question:  Do you pretty much grind up the entire brisket when you are making burgers?

I trimmed it pretty much normal, but took a lil more off the fat cap than I normally do. Mainly to get rid of some of the obvious sinew.  After that, I cubed it up and it all went through the grinder.
Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....
