Picked my LBGE up about two weeks ago! Have done a few cooks which turned out excellent! However, for this past weekend I decided to do my first low and slow with a pork butt. I smoked a 8lb butt with 3 chunks of cherry, cooked to an IT of 201....Turned out excellent!! Im EGGDICTED!! Cant wait to participate and learn in this forum!!
