Wings for the 4th!

I decided to try some raised direct Jamaican jerk wings with a side of potatoes and onions.
375F to start and rotate as necessary.

Raised direct at 375f.  Potatoes and onions Cowboy style for 40 mins on coals.    AMAZING!
