Late Father's Day Dinner

This last Saturday we celebrated Father's Day for my father in law who was out of town the week before.   So I did 2 pork roulades for the family.   One I did with sausage type meatloaf and the other was with iq BBQ sauce, salami pancetta and prosciutto and provolone cheese.  The sausage meatloaf, I added 1 pound of mild Italian sausage, 1/2 cup 5 blend Italian cheeses, egg, Panco, sauteed onions and garlic and a quarter cup of milk.  The sausage one was the best and seemed to make the pork more tender then the other one, but both were great.
