Great looking cook Spring Chicken! It looks like a perfect addition to the coop. It does a good job of searing. Honestly mine is not any better than a CI skillet, but if you have a lot of steaks to do it sure gives you more real estate. It is also great for a nice big skirt or flank.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Breakfast on a Bun....yes sir!!
Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ.... -
Yum yum! I could eat that everyday!

@cazzy Is that your homemade bacon? Fine cook..Large BGE, MiniMAX BGE, 2 Mini BGE's, R&V Fryer, 36" Blackstone Griddle, Camp Chef Dual Burner 40K BTU StoveBGE ChimineaProsper, TX

First I made some fresh bread from my sour dough starter.
Then I cranked up the Blackstone for chicken Duty. My wife likes her's plain, just spog. I like onions and garlic.
I made my Dear Wife's first. We thought it would be a sandwich at first, but decided to eat them open faced in the end.
Then MIne!

Tonight I made brisket Quesadilla. But didn't think to take a picture till the end. It was by far my best brisket I have ever done or eaten. Made it for the Ole Miss game saturday that was AMAZING as well! Hotty Toddy.. Anyhow, the last few slices were still in the fridge so I mashed it into shredded brisket and made this beauty.

For any having any regulator probs, i.e. loudness, inconsistent heat or trouble getting it going...don't hesitate calling Blackstone. My griddle is working better than it ever has since replacing my regulator.Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

@Thatgrimguy my 9 yr old just called brisket quesadillas for his birthday....in June. He was looking over my shoulder. Nice work.

@Jeremiah your going to love it. I just made fried rice with shrimp and bacon. I used Japanese butter(Basically Garlic butter) It was amazing! I also made some Vacio (I believe its flap steak) we call it Vacio an Argentinian cut with a nice Asian marinade. The Blackstone compliments the egg sooo well. Can't wait to see you future cooks.

@blasting it was less than regular price of the black. Couldn't resist. Can't wait to get it going. Mode already asked when we can have Waffle House food.

@Smokehouse33 that fried rice looks excellent. I see you have the yum-yum sauce ready as well.
@theyolksonyou - congrats man. That was a great deal on the stainless. Considering you have no kitchen I bet you will be assembling it tonight so you can have some breakfastWhich came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

No pics of breakfast, bacon and eggs. Lunch was a left over fillet from a two pack sliced thin with peppers, onion and smoked provolone. It was good.
-
Got my french fry cutter today! The thing is crazy heavy duty. Did the fries in a CI DO out on the patio on the induction burner. Nothing like a smash burger!
