new egger from long island

nick from long island saying hello. got my xlbge couple a weeks ago built a basic table for it and also did some basic cooks nothing fancy burgers smoked salmon chicken venison and made a pizza. i just love this thing. been reading alot of threads and learing alot such great info and helpful members. soon i will try a butt then a brisket a little nervous of screwing up. i hope i can contribute one day. thanks for all the help and info

@Eggingaround - I'm not a fan of Islip. Back in the day pre GPS, when I get lost, I would look at the sun and go either North or South to hit one of the major highways. For some bizarre reason, I always find myself in Islip!?!!? When I was house shopping 20 years ago, I told my Dad I should just move there! lol
