and my sons telling me to go shopping in the BGE tent and they would pay, I picked up the 3 tier rack.  Dialed in @300, indirect with cherry wood chunks, baby potatoes on the bottom and beef teriyaki jerky on the next level at 10:30.  Second level, a rack of ribs with Mickey's coffee rub at 12:00.  Third level, veges marinated in raspberry balsamic at 2:00.  Also did up jerk chicken legs and bone in pork chops for tomorrow.  You folks sure did inspire me to go all out today and tomorrow.  Many thanks!

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
