Baby Back ribs on a new Mini Max?

Hi Everyone... any suggestions on cooking ribs on my new mini max? Thanks in advance.

Welcome. Try searching for ribs and mini. People get pretty creative with the mini's so the MM's options should be endless. I think @SGH has some good pics of ribs on his mini.

@jackielynn Welcome aboard.  We're beef rib fans and the MM will blow your mind on what it can accomplish on everyday meals. I'd recommend using a indirect WOO set-up for your ribs.

I know @Dyal_SC has done ribs on his Mini, so you can on the MM. Either but them up or roll them up and get a skewer so they stay rolled up.
