Butt Bites

Looked through the freezer for a pizza and found some pork style country ribs cut from the butt!!
Cubed them, wrapped them in bacon, and covered it in Money rub. Smoked indirect at 300 with pecan chunks. Then glazed at the end with Blues hog/Tenn. Red 50/50 mix. This is becoming my favorite bachelor meal. My wife is out of town all week.
Next time I'll let it ride just a little longer to get the butt all the way to pulled pork.

How long were these on for? I'm considering making a bunch of these along with some other bacon wrapped treats simultaneously. Do they take longer than chicken bites of the same size?Denver, CO
