brisket wrapping question
im going to try wrapping a brisket in butcher paper for the first time.
Question is, where do I buy it? I've seen parchment paper in most grocers, but have never noticed butcher paper. (Granted, I haven't been looking either).
Thanks in advance

I've had a hard time finding it locally in my area as well. Costco used to carry it but they haven't had any lately, Sams might be a good option as well. Restaurant Depot probably would have it or any other industry supply store. Other than that the best options I've found is ordering it online, you can get a big roll from Amazon.Large and Mini BGE

I couldn't find it locally so I just ordered online from webstaurantstore.com. Got a 24" x 700' roll for $18.00. Needless to say that's gonna last me a while.

I found this on Amazon if you can't find it locally. Your local butcher should be able to maybe help you out too.
