Angus Beef Back Ribs and Angus choice beef patties...

The first post I saw this morning was NPHuskerFL Beef rib cook from yesterday. I quickly sprung into action and got the egg rolling...I pulled some beef ribs from the freezer and saw these "Fully cooked charbroiled beef patties" Lurking in the freezer  :)... Lovely...These will be thrown on at the end and become mid week lunch fodder, or trash..we will see..
Doing the Ribs ID at about 250 dome with oak until done... Every one have a great Sunday...
