Those are beer can burgers. You can find the video on BBQpitboys.com. I have cooked them dozens of times and they AWESOME! I saute` onions and mushrooms for the stuffing and swiss cheese on top.
I don't know if I'd call them burgers if you can't eat it on a bun, but those look awesome! I'm thinking a massive dollop of mashed potatoes, although I bet that'd be great with almost anything!
