    The sucatash is from the same egg cookbook I've been usin. It actually is a wok cook. It was the star of the afternoon. Amazing. It's a must!!!! Skewers aware from the cookbook as well. Tasted like beef jerky.

    Looks like you modified a CI grill to fit the standard PSWoo2 unit.  Did you just cut part of the grill off?
