Yes. I cut it up while it was still cold. I put the pieces in the freezer while I was prepping/cooking the other ingredients. Helps keep the cheese intact....YYZegger said:Looks great! Is that cream cheese cut up? -

@Jeremiah surprisingly no. I guess it was well insulated with the chilled cream cheese and jalapeños. Very tender and easy to bite through.
