Ok here's a quick easy recipe.
I use fresh publix pizza dough..tried making my own but this store (btw they all.arent the same) makes a perfect dough. Good for any thickness and has that chewy snap back quality and great flavor.
    For CI deepdish.
    Refrigerator rise. Overnight
put 1/2 dollar drop of Evoo in skillet.
Place dough in skilet. Swirl around to coat skillet sides and bottom. Flip dough over
     Get egg to 500°
Punch dough down and push out til dough is.sliding up sides slightly.
Put in egg for.5 minutes to prebake crust slightly.
Pull and add toppings. Put back egg for 15-19 minute
Pull- rest in skillet for 3-5 minutes..remove and slice and whalaa!
    Perfect pie everytime.
    Easy peasy  japanezy
I'm not a deep dish lover but am now a convert.
