Grilled Zucchini

We picked the zucchini from the zucchini plant that never stops giving.
Sauced and ready to go onto the grill.
On the Grill Grates! I like the grill grates for this cook since they block the direct heat and turns the grill grates into a amplified radiated heat.
Added more sauce and pulled @ 30 minutes
Served with leftover chicken teriyaki. Jackie's son Rich gave
Jackie the ingredients for this wonderful sauce. We really
enjoyed this meal. IT'S A KEEPER.
Ingredients:
Tempura sauce
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Honey
Pepper
Minced onion, dry
Minced garlic
Minced ginger
Sesame seeds
A little sherry
Worcheshire
Thanks for lookin!

Anyway you could guess what mix you used of the first three ingredients in the sauce? Tempura and oyster sauce are not exactly staples in my kitchen.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Looks good! Just out of habit, I cut mine a bit thinner, marinate in balsamic, soy, and garlic, and cook them closer to 400º to put a bit of char on them. Your method looks like a really nice change. Thanks for posting - I'll give it a try.

Love the from the plant that never stops giving comment....they are prolific little buggers aren't they?
Bread and cake are good way to use the excess - a man can only eat so much grilled zuke.
Have some on the grill right now.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad! -
